No refunds- Due to allergic reaction or allergies
If this is your first time getting eyelash extensions, you are doing it at your own risk.
Allergic reactions CAN happen and they DO happen but they are rare with the glue that I’ve been using for the past 3 years. If you’ve never gotten them done before then it’s slightly risky. I don’t know if you’ll get a reaction and you don’t know if you’ll get a reaction. The main reason for reactions are usually from the eyelash glue ingredients (black carbon or cyanoacrylate) if you don’t know if you’ll get a reaction, you can also come in for a patch test and see if you’ll react to the glue. But if a reaction were to occur, I am not responsible, again, do it at your own risk. Same rules apply to people who get lashes done regularly but eventually developed an allergic reaction over time ( this can happen with long term exposure to the glue) I have no control over what your skin does because it is your own body. You've been warned! As for eye redness or allergies. I can not control people’s allergies. Everyone gets allergies, some people have it worse than others. As for redness, eyelash extension glues have fumes that can cause your eyes to be irritated and red. Some people have a hard time closing their eyes all the way shut causing the fumes to seep in and may prolong the eye-redness/ irritation, may burn during the service and cause excessive tearing. If you know you have this issue then reconsider. Twitching is another way your eyes may become red, I can not control your twitching. Same rules applies to Lash lifts/ Lash relaxing.
Know what you want and speak up before leaving.
Make sure you know what you want. DO NOT tell me you want something natural but also dramatic and get mad when it comes out TOO natural or TOO dramatic. I always thoroughly explain the length, sizes and curls before I start the service and once you agree to it then it’s set. Do not ask me to pick what I think “looks best” and end up dissatisfied at the end, you told me to pick it in the first place so you have to be open minded. What I think might look good, you might have a very different opinion. Keep in mind, if you are basing your lashes off of a photo, it may be hard to replicate due to the difference in everyone’s eye shapes and lash density so results may vary for you!!
Please make sure everything is ok before you leave the salon, if you have an issue with the length, fullness, etc please inform me IMMEDIATELY and I can resolve the issue right then and there! After you leave I can not adjust it until it’s time for a refill! (With the exception of if you have somewhere else to be then we can work something out). If you have an issue and fail to notify me until hours or days later asking for a refund, I am not responsible, you should have spoken up before you left! Once you leave the salon it is assumed that you are satisfied with the lashes unless you speak up immediately. LET ME KNOW IF SOMETHING IS WRONG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SALON! Triple check your lashes! Same rules applies to lash lifts/ lash relax.
No refunds- Due to poor lash retention
Everyone’s retention is different and can vary. People who are oilier tend to have the worst retention because oil naturally breaks down the ingredients in the eyelash extension glue. There are other outside factors that will affect the retention such as heat exposure, wetting them too soon, sleeping on your face/ side, oily products, sweating etc. I cannot control that. If your lashes start falling off in huge chunks very very soon within the first 3 days after your appointment I will gladly fix it, there is a possibility that it may be technician error ONLY IF there were no outside factors involved, just notify me and we’ll figure something out. But if it occurs again after I have made an effort to fix it then it may be an outside factor.
As for lash lifts, poor retention usually occurs for those who have thicker hair, because it takes longer time for the chemicals to process. Poor retention may occur when the perm solution wasn't left on long enough, it is a quick and easy fix.
